Directly from Prags you can hike to Prato Piazza/Plätzwiese, for example, or set out on leisurely valley strolls, fascinating high-altitude hikes, and round tours around the famous peaks of the Prags Dolomites. Depending on the weather, we accompany you to lofty heights on Tuesday or Thursday and tell you fascinating stories about our legendary mountains. The most courageous among you may also go swimming in Lago di Braies/Pragser Wildsee, whose crystal-clear water is more than refreshing – even in high summer.

  • Adventure day at Lago di Braies/Pragser Wildsee: from the beginning of June to the beginning of October, every Friday from 10 a.m. in cooperation with the tourist office
  • Experience the farm life: make cheese with the farmer's wife, learn how berries and fruit are processed, and look forward to many other highlights for young and old at the Lechnerhof training farm and the Alpe Pragas fruit manufactory. From mid-June to mid-September, combined tours of the Lechnerhof and the Alpe Pragas fruit manufactory take place every Tuesday and Thursday. For those who only want to see the Alpe Pragas fruit manufactory, there is a guided tour every Thursday.
  • Many interesting themed trails and family hikes, such as the nature experience trail at Lago di Dobbiaco/Toblacher See as well as the Maite Quelle nature trail in the Valle di Braies/Pragser Tal, invite you a cheerful walk.
  • A horseback ride to Lago di Braies/Pragser Wildsee with the riding instructor from Steinwandterhof in Prags.
