The Brückele is not only an exceptional hotel, but also a special inn in the Dolomites in Prags. In our traditional “Stuben” and in the large dining room you will experience a cosy and convivial get-together in a modern inn ambience. You will be spoiled with typical dishes from the South Tyrolean as well as international cuisine. We only use organic products from local farmers, including many agricultural products from our own farm. Furthermore, the Brückele restaurant is the best address for all kinds of celebrations: birthday parties, Mother's Day, First Communion, Confirmation, weddings or company dinners. Our host and state-certified sommelier, Heino Gatterer, will be happy to advise you on the choice of wine to best accompany your meal.

With regular theme evenings, such as gala dinners or Tyrolean evenings, we take our guests on a culinary journey that leads from the Alpine and Mediterranean regions to faraway countries. And because a good pizza should never be missing in Italy, we are also happy to serve you the tasty speciality from the wood-fired oven in the evenings, with dough and toppings to suit your personal taste.
