We only use organic products from local farmers, including many agricultural products from our own farm. With regular theme evenings, such as gala dinners or Tyrolean evenings, we take our guests on a culinary journey that leads from the Alpine and Mediterranean regions to faraway countries. And because a good pizza should never be missing in Italy, we are also happy to serve you the tasty speciality from the wood-fired oven in the evenings, with dough and toppings to suit your personal taste.
Our tip: On our spacious sun terrace you can enjoy a typical South Tyrolean Marende (afternoon snack) after a hiking or cross-country skiing tour.
